About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and the surveys and quotations provided by LMB Flat Roofing Specialists, Unit 3, Bentley Green Farm, Crick, NP26 5UT.
Surveys and quotes
Roof surveys and quotations are free and carry no obligation. Prices are tailored to each job and are confirmed in a written quote. No fixed prices are published.
Agreeing work
Work begins only once you have accepted a written quote. The scope, system, price and guarantee for your job are set out in that quote. Ask Liam to confirm payment and deposit arrangements before agreeing work.
Guarantees
Installations carry a guarantee of 10 to 20 years depending on the system used and whether it requires matting. The guarantee period for your roof is stated in your quote.
Insurance
We hold £5 million public liability insurance.
